Leci is not only a singer but also an activist and politician. She wrote this song named after a community organiser from Rio de Janeiro who represented the interests of his community. This song was performed by Mariana da Cruz at the Rosengarten during the memorial on 31 May 2020 in honor of George Floyd, but also in memory of all people murdered in police custody.
